Livence Mental Health's
Humble Beginnings
Livence Mental Health (LMH) began its journey in 2019, born from a vision deeply rooted in compassion and commitment to mental wellness. At the time, our Managing Director, Mr. Ron Gabriel A. Peji, was serving as a Clinical Services Supervisor at a private psychological clinic in Cavite. Even then, he was already laying the groundwork for what would later become Livence—immersing himself in local and international training programs to gain specialized expertise in trauma-informed care, assessment, and intervention.
The concept of Livence Mental Health took form during those formative years—not merely as a clinic, but as a movement. By 2020, Livence emerged as a social media initiative dedicated to advocating for mental health awareness among Filipinos. Led by Mr. Peji and supported by a small team of like-minded professionals, the group began conducting seminars and trainings for both mental health practitioners and the general public. Many of its core members also provided support to student-researchers in psychology and related fields, particularly in statistics and research design.
In 2021, recognizing a broader need, Mr. Peji founded ADP & Co. Research Services and Consultancy—a private research agency offering innovative, multidisciplinary solutions in medicine, psychology, business, and marketing. While the agency maintained a commitment to mental health advocacy, it became clear that the psychological mission of Livence required its own dedicated platform. Thus, the Livence Mental Health Psychological Assessment and Intervention Clinic was officially established.
The clinic was founded on a simple but urgent realization: the mental health needs of Filipinos were growing, and the existing systems were not enough. With the passage of Republic Act 11036, the Philippine Mental Health Law, LMH expanded its services beyond workplace trainings to include comprehensive clinical diagnostics and care.
Today, Livence Mental Health stands as a trusted provider of psychological services—from consultations and assessments to trauma-informed interventions. Backed by a diverse network of practitioners, LMH continues its mission to make mental health care accessible, empowering individuals to live their essence and thrive. Our vision is clear: to become a national leader in mental health services, inspiring a culture that values healing, empathy, and resilience.
